Regular fees:
- Until April, 30th 2009 (incl.): €360/pers
- After May, 1st 2009: €420/pers
Student fees:
- €220/student (this price does not include participation in the conference banquet dinner)
- Conference banquet dinner supplement: €50/student
Students should provide proof of their registration in a University (student card, University certificate, other).
Accompanying person fees:
€170/pers (this price includes participation in the welcoming reception, lunches and conference banquet dinner).
Cancellation policy:
- Up to April 30th, 2009: full refunding. Bank transfer expenses will be charged to the participant
- Between May 1st and May 22nd, 2009: 50% refunding. Bank transfer expenses will be charged to the participant
- After May 22nd, 2009: no refunding
